Things to Know

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We do not accept checks.
A deposit is required to secure your stay, just pay the balance when you arrive. Deposit is equivalent to 1 night stay. If only staying 1 night you will pay in advance in full.
Each cottage and motel room have a maximum occupancy that is strictly enforced, including children, infants, and toddlers. This is strictly enforced. If you have extra people in your unit, including infants and toddlers, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and NO REFUND will be given.

Only current guests of Dockside Lake Resort may use the pool and lake amenities. No guests of guests will be permitted on the pool deck under any circumstance.
Must be 21 to rent units.

Office Hours & Emergency Information:

During the season (May-Sept.) the office is open 7 days a week from 10 AM - 9 PM. * Hours subject to change.
In case of emergency, please call the office phone at 574-297-5674.
In the case of severe emergencies, please call 9-1-1 and then get the on-site property manager to assist.

Parking:

One (1) designated parking space is available on the property (per unit) for registered guests only. Additional parking is available in the lot across the street.

Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all cottages and motel rooms. This includes vapor cigarettes. A minimum $350.00 cleaning fee will be charged if caught in violation of this policy.
Smoking is allowed outside and in the designated smoking area. Please use the receptacles for disposal of cigarette butts.

Heated Pool:

Pool hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM. (IN SEASON-PLEASE CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION)
There is no lifeguard on duty.
Please bring your own pool towels.
Due to legalities in the State of Indiana, you need to bring multiple swim suits if you plan on swimming in the lake, or visiting the Indiana Beach Water Park, and swimming in our heated pool. The lake contains algae that we cannot allow in our heated pool, so a different swimsuit must be worn in our pool than what you wear to the lake/water park. There are no exceptions.
Children under 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Per the Indiana Health Department, all babies/toddlers in training must wear swim diapers. Swim diapers are available for purchase in the Office General Store. Swim diapers may only be used one time.
Pool is for resort guests only.
No food or glass is allowed in the pool area.

Pets:

For legal and sanitary reasons, animals of any kind are not allowed in rooms, cottages, or on the property, with the exception of service animals.

Campfires are allowed in provided areas only.
Campfire must be supervised at all times by an adult of at least 21 years of age.
