About Us
Dockside Lake Resort is a family-friendly, self-service lodging property located just a short walk from Indiana Beach Amusement Park. Designed for guests who want a comfortable place to stay near the lake, Dockside offers rooms, cottages, shared outdoor spaces, a pool, dock access, and a convenient location for vacations, weekend getaways, and family gatherings.
Dockside operates similarly to an Airbnb or vacation rental. We do not have a staffed front desk or on-site resort staff, and daily housekeeping is not included during your stay. Guests are encouraged to review all check-in instructions, bring any extra toiletries, towels, firewood, and personal supplies they may need, and enjoy the property respectfully.
Check-in is self-service. The day before arrival, you’ll receive an email and text with instructions to complete your online registration card and submit payment. We’re a cashless property; card payments only, with no convenience fee. Once your reservation is completed online, you’ll receive a text and/or email on your arrival day, as soon as your room is ready, along with your door code. *Please note that if you booked online with a third-party website, your email will be sent to the third-party site's communication portal.

Cabins
Our charming one and two bedroom/one bathroom cabins sleep 4-6 people. Each cabin includes a full kitchen, private gas grill, and much more.
Motels
Five units in varying sizes that can accommodate 4-8 people. From basic rooms to those with a full kitchenette, find the perfect room to fit your needs.

At Dockside, we know how important your vacation is to you. Because of that, it is important to us, too.
